Returns & Refund Policy
At TKicip, we stand behind the reliability of our industrial hardware. Please review our policy regarding returns and technical support.
1. Return Eligibility (Standard Products)
- We accept returns for standard, non-customized products within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
2. Customized & ODM/OEM Products
Products built to specific customer specifications (custom I/O, branding, hardware modifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
3. 12-Month Limited Warranty
All TKicip industrial computers come with a standard 12-month warranty covering hardware defects. If a product fails due to a manufacturing issue during this period:
- We provide remote technical diagnostic support.
- If necessary, we will provide repair services or replacement parts in accordance with our warranty terms.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
