1. Processing & Lead Times
- In-Stock Items: Orders for standard products in stock are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
- ODM/OEM & Custom Orders: For customized units or bulk orders, lead times vary based on technical specifications. Your dedicated account manager will provide a specific production timeline upon order confirmation.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship directly from our manufacturing facility. We partner with reliable international carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and specialized freight forwarders for sea/air cargo.
- Express Shipping: Estimated 5-10 business days.
- Sea/Air Freight: Recommended for bulk industrial orders; timelines will be quoted per shipment.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TKicip is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damaged Shipments
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and notify our support team immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
